Direct Ship Program
Ship orders directly to your customer saving you time and money!
Program Specifics:
• Pay by credit card or have open account with terms at Old Elm®
• No minimum order
• All stocked items on our website are available for the program
• Orders in by 12:00 CST typically ship the same day
• Normal freight charges apply
• Handling fee of $4.00 per order
• Shipping available in the contiguous United States
• Enclosed packing slip shows only your company contact information, as if the package came directly from you.
No Reinders or Old Elm paperwork is sent along with the order.
• We are committed to both you and your customer's satisfaction
• Damages or defective products - At our discretion, we will issue a UPS call tag for replacement or refund. Your customer must retain the damaged product and all packaging if product is damaged in shipping, in case UPS needs to inspect it. Failure to do so will result in no refunds, or returns being accepted. It is your responsibility to communicate this to your customer in your literature, website or verbally. Dealer is responsible for product returns for any other reason.
