Freight
All prices are FOB Elm Grove, WI
Backorder items are no longer shipped free freight.
Drop-ship orders have a $4.00 handling charge in addition to freight.
Determination of freight charges is as follows:
Order Total Amount of Freight Charges Reinders Will Pay
Up to $500 Actual freight charges apply
$501 to $1,000 20% of total freight charge
$1,001 to $1,500 30% of total freight charge
$1,501 to $2,000 40% of total freight charge
$2,001 to $3,000 50% of total freight charge
$3,001 to $10,000 60% of total freight charge
Over $10,000 70% of total freight charge

Minimum order is a full case (no additional discounts apply).
Drop ship or shipping charges will be added to order.

Payment / Terms

Open Credit
Approved accounts with established credit receive net 10th & 25th of the month depending on delivery date:
Deliveries made between 1st - 15th - payment due 25th of the month.
Deliveries made between 16th - 31st - payment due the 10th of the following month.
Interest charges on overdue balances may apply.
Credit Cards
Mastercard/Visa/Discover are accepted as payment at the time of order.
New accounts:
Please contact us for credit application via e-mail or phone.

Damaged / Defective Merchandise

Manufacturers Defects
Any products received with manufacturer defects will be resolved according to the manufacturer's specific procedures. Please contact Reinders for details.
Damage from Shipping
While all our products are packed and shipped according to high quality control standards, sometimes damages can occur during transit and delivery. Please follow the following guidelines:
Complete Inspection/Discrepancy All shipments should be completely inspected immediately upon receipt for any signs of damage or shortage. Claims for errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Damage in Transit When damage occurs during transit a proper notation should be made on the bill of lading and initialed by the delivering driver. Please contact Reinders within 5 days of product shipment, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Concealed Damage
Damage may be noticed at a later date. Such damage is normally the responsibility of the customer, however, if concealed damage is found the following procedure must be adhered to: Please contact Reinders with the name of the product, package size, invoice/bill of lading number and a complete description of the damage. After reviewing this information, we will determine if a credit will be issued.
Damage in Retail Location
Credit will not be issued for damage occurring at the retailer's location.
